In the new issue of "Sozial Extra", the authors deal with education and (the) punishment: "In both cases, the focus titles are supplemented with 'what for', which allows for many directions and interpretations. In a number of everyday constellations, but also in social work practice, punishments are still an essential part of education - even if they are now sometimes labeled with different terms. However, punishment is not only used in education - the state also relies on punishment to sanction misconduct. This is why one of the articles explicitly deals with the relationship between therapy and punishment" - these are the introductory words of Detlef Ullenboom.
The authors of this issue also include ISEP employees: Werner Thole and Svenja Marks (article: "Education - why ..."), Svenja Marks (article: "Education in institutional contexts") and Tessa-Marie Menzel (article: #needs-oriented and #attachment-oriented").
